AMAZING BASE INTENSE COLOR!

This is the best cream shadow I have used! It in my opinion kicks the butt of paint pots and 24/7 shadow pencil. It is much more creamier and much more of an intense color and payoff. This has been an excellent base for making colors pop especially Shimmering moss and Plum smoke. A little goes a long way and you can wear it alone too and it makes a great finished look.
