There are false lashes for every occasion and it can be hard to know which ones will suit your eye look for a date night, job interview, or costume party! Here are the four basic types to choose from when you want to bat flirty lashes.

false lashes
-
Partial lashes are ideal for enhancing your natural eye look. By applying them to the outer corners of your eyes, you will add just enough dimension to make your eyes pop without looking overdone. Beautylish recommends Shu Uemura Slim Partial Lashes.
-
Soft wispy lashes are great for everyday wear, and they're also a great transition for those not used to wearing false lashes. Be sure to buy lashes with a light thin band so your eyes can adjust to the feeling of wearing them. Beautylish recommends MAC 4 Lash.
-
Defined, fuller lashes are perfect for a night out on the town or a first date. They add drama and extra smokiness to any look. Beautylish recommends Red Cherry 47 False Lashes.
-
Feathered and colored lashes work best for special occasions like themed parties and Halloween. They can dress up a last-minute costume in no time! Beautylish recommends Make Up For Ever Eye Lashes.

I have the MUFE ones from their Rock For Ever train case set last year, and holy moly those things are CRAZY huge! I just sit there and stare at them, wondering when I will ever use them because they're so pretty, but so out there! [maybe this Halloween...]

I love Red Cherry lashes becasue they are so great and affordable too. I think those exact ones are $0.99 (in Hawaii)... but could be over a dollar now that every thing in Hawaii got more expensive.

Nice article. I still prefer to wear thick and full lashes for both everyday and a night out. I'm that obsessed over falsies!
I have the exact pair of MUFE feathered lashes. I still have no clue when or how I would wear a look with them. But we shall see. :)
