This nail tutorial is how to create Quilted Nails using a Matte Top Coat and Floss Pick. I also added Glitter Placement to the design to add some sparkles. My inspiration for this nail design comes from the Michael Kors Sloan Quilt Stud Clutch. I love using fashion to inspire me.
