Today I'm sharing my FIRST fashion reconstruction/ upcycling finished product. I have done previous upcycling but never did a video on it (at least from what I remember). I purchased this vintage dress from my local thrift store. BTW- vintage means over 20 years in age and its 2013...This message was for all the people who were going to say, "that's not vintage"... (-_-)...
