Happy 4th of July!

Today is National Afro Day aka Fro's on The Fourth! It's a little hard to get my natural hair in a fro with my fine texture so I finally released my finger coils for a Finger Coil-Out Using Thirsty Roots' New Apricot Castor Oil.

This new apricot castor oil is crack. I love it. My hair loves it. The smell is intoxicating. It's lighter in consistency than Jamaican Black Castor Oil but seals the hair just as well. You also don't need to use a lot.

Thirsty Roots' Apricot Castor Oil is cold pressed. Jamaican Black Castor Oil is heated when processed. From what I understand, the heating process destroys some of the nutrients.
