I've been doing this routine for 3.5 weeks now. I lost 4 inches in my thighs & I lifted my bum . I'm not afraid to lift heavy because I want muscle. Not manly muscle. But Nice defined muscle.

Lifting heavy will no make you bulky. It will assist you in getting stronger and more toned!
I do 5 sets. 25 reps of each move. You WILL be hurting for a few days. But if you want to get fit. Thats what you have to endure. I will be graduating to 30 pound weights soon. Stick with it. Try. you will see results! - Lei
