You can always use a green skirt instead of wearing nude leggings and buy more leaves instead of cutting felt. By using felt its a lot more comfortable and its cheaper :D I put a spin on the costume to save you money. If you want you can always buy a real top for $10 + and buy more leaves but those leaves were $$.
