Hey Glitter Army! I know its been a while since I last posted, but I got food poisoning right before I moved and didn't have a chance to pre-record as many videos as I planned. Maybelline MasterSmokey Long Wearing Shadow Pencil is designed to be a smokey eye all-in-one. While I don't love it for doing a quick smokey eye, its great for filling in your waterline, tightlining, and it makes a great black eyeshadow base. It's especially great if you have a watery waterline like I do.
