Here are my thoughts on the Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer by ITCOSMETICS
I Found this product to be very full coverage and moisturizing I think if you have dry under eyes this would be a perfect match for you. I have fine lines and wrinkles like most of us do and when I wore the concealer all day and came home I was quite surprised by the outcome. A little but of the product goes a very long way. I would re-purchase this in a hot minute it is sold at ULTA and http://www.itcosmetics.com that's not an affiliate link or anything I don't make money from itcosmetics by doing this review ...
