I guess you could call this a combination of vlog of my day as well as rant. Lately - since I've been doing my Weight loss updates I have gotten a wide range of viewers - both supportive and negative. Today I received a comment on an old photo about my food and how pork is not healthy. I addressed that today in my vlog. The fact is that I'm not on a "diet" - I'm just busy being myself and doing a little lifestyle change. I don't eat unhealthy and that is not the contribution to my weight gain - so I don't know why people feel the need to input their opinion if they are completely contradicting themselves. Nonetheless, I had a great day today with my boys and that is all that matters... but I had to address the "fat" comment.
