In this video I am using the Dior Maximizer. It is a conditioner, treatment and lash primer all in one tube. You want to apply this before your mascara. I like to do one eye at a time. Apply it at night as well while you sleep it will help hydrate and condition your lashes. No need for mascara while you sleep, but during the day you want to apply your mascara while the primer is still white. It does dry clear as well. It will help make your lashes stronger thicker and help them grow. I am using the Sephora outrages volume mascara to apply over the primer.
