Here are my thoughts on the most recent eye palette from Laura Mercier. The Laura Mercier Artist's Palette for Eyes is the best of both worlds with a row of shimmer and a row of matte eye shadows. With that in mind, one can create an endless mix of eye shadow combinations. However, I would like to point out that there is fall out from the Laura Mercier Artist palette with the shimmer eye shadows but being that the colors are so pretty I can overlook it.
