http://www.thecraftyninja.com/perfume-spotted-nails I'm experimenting with perfume of create the spotted look. After many attempts and mishaps I finally got decent designs for each nail. Next time I'll try using liquid hand sanitizer instead of the perfume. It's a fun and messy nail design but I love trying out new designs and experimenting.
