Jay and Cam will be holding regular Q&A online sessions and will constantly be available for support. Also, me and Ash will be there to talk to as well! This is going to be an emotional roller-coaster, but its going to be worth it. After all, all of these chemicals and sugars etc in our processed food diets are almost like addictive drugs. It'll be tough working our way off of them, but it will do wonders for our bodies. If we all do this together it will be that much easier. We just need to surround each other with inspiration and support :)

HELLO BEACH BODY! I can't wait to see my body transform. Be good to your body, fuel it with nutrients, and be nice to the earth while you're are at it.

I will be collabing with Rapid doing fitness videos on my Vlog channel in the coming several weeks - obviously once I start working out after the detoxing etc. Also recipe videos and other health and fitness related stuff. And of course, vlogging how I feel as I go! Nothing but honesty. It will be hard, but we can do it together. The results will speak for themselves. Hey, even my junkfood loving boyfriend Hamish @bag_of_fruit is doing this with me! If we can do it, so can you! This is the push you guys have been asking me for.

A LITTLE PS: My mum is on rapid fitness (their weight loss plan) and has so far lost 5kg in 6 days! I'm so proud of her. I will document her journey too for those of you who are wanting to lose more weight! She is a huge inspiration.
