Its much easier to give you a list of wonderful eye colours that you can use to make your eye colour pop. Below is a list of colours that work beautifully on different eye colours.
If you want a more subtle look consider lining the eyes with the "POP" colour. This will give a more subtle, bright look to the eye.

If you have very Dark Brown/Black eyes - Then pick from the Brown section. If they eye colour is VERY dark, almost black, then pick anything really BRIGHT to make the eyes pop - golds tend to look amazing on dark eyes.
