Cool colors come to mind when I think of a mermaid... which is explains why I used green, teal, & purple type colors. Thank you to xobeeautiful for the suggestion!

I also did this look b/c of MakeupByRenRen's contest... I wasn't sure if I was going to enter with it cuz she had soo many entries.... but hearing from others changed my mind! So here it is!
