I use bare minerals too. Never thought to mix it with a moisterizer. That's such a good idea

I use a small travel size spray bottle to spray the brush, AFTER I put the amount of eyeshadow I want. I usually use water to set the eyeshadow brush with the eyeshadow but whichever suits your needs :)
In my opinion the eyeshadow stays more pigmented and lasts longer without blending out after so many blinks when I use this technique...hope that helped!

I love the mix you did of the pigment with gloss, so pretty! I'm going to have to get some pigments so I can try that and I'm definitely going to try mixing my moisturizer with my mineral makeup, thanks for the tips and ideas! :]
