Hey everyone!
I wanted to take the time and make this video about something that a lot of people have and will continue to struggle with. Weight.
For whatever reason some of us just aren't born to be a size 0, and it's taken me most of my life to accept this. I want to let you know that it's ok to be who you are, but stay fit!
As we all know, maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle isn't as easy as the fitness industry would have us believe. A lot plays into this factor and especially now more than ever. Work, kids, school, work! But there are small steps you can take. Eat right and move for at least 30 minutes a day, and don't forget to drink plenty of water to keep hydrated!
Instead of having three large meals a day, I find that it's best to cut them down to three smaller meals with 2-3 snacks a day. Try and eat at least every three hours as this keeps your metabolism going, and metabolism is key.
This is my journey to staying fit, and you too can do it!!

I'm not by any means a nutritionist, or a fitness trainer or even a doctor, but I found that those three steps mentioned above really do work!
