Things you need:

-Black nail polish (I'm using Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in 280 Night Flight)
-Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Strips in "Misbehaved"
-Fan or nail dryer
-Nail art rhinestones (1mm)
-Scissors
-A Pencil eyeliner
-Nail art glue or clear polish
-Wooden cuticle stick
