I have to admit it is very hard to find celeb looks using bright colors. Most are nude eye very bright lip or the basic neutral to black smokey eye. I did find 2 other looks I liked...1 is Rhianna with a bright eye and the other is and very black eye with bright lip. My favorite pic is not of a celeb but just of a photo I found with someone who uses all here colors from Glamour Doll eyes
