8 to 12 braids and it looks like lorde! (if you don't know her just google her) (she sings royals) anyways. it's free and very easy. oh and 1 more thing I would do it after your hair is dry. and sleep in it. it looks AMAZING! :D.

Well I know all of your answers. they are called curlformers and you can get them at a Sally beauty place or target or walmart or at a drug store. they are comfortable to sleep in. and they do come in different sizes (I think so).
