Chilly Spring OOTD

Spring is supposed to already be here! haha, but just today in Vienna I saw snow.. and it was freezing... so although I have my new spring dresses just waiting to be worn.. I'm sticking to the warmer clothes for now =( well.. no reason to mope about it since I'll be going back to oh-so-hot Singapore soon, but! to brighten up the dreary skies and bitter cold winds, I decided to add a pop of colour to my makeup and outfit and share it with you guys =D Hope your Spring days are much brighter than mine!
