New Years Teal and Glitter Makeup Tutorial

Hi guys, so here is a New Year's look using mostly teal, black, and navy blue colors. I did this collab because i love these colors, but never really had the chance to pull it off. but since New Year's is around the corner i thought i should go pretty this year.
