Pumpkin is FULL of benefits! Not only does it smell YUMMY, but it is also full of vitamin C (helps repair skin damaged by free radicals) & Vitamin A (soothes the skin). It also has natural enzymes to dissolve dry skin cells, minimize pores, help control acne, and helps with hyper pigmentation. Who knew all of this could be done with just a 99 cents can of pumpkin?!


Pumpkin Face Mask:
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey

Mix all together with a fork and apply to face with a patting motion. Leave on your face to dry for 15-20 minutes then rinse with water. I suggest laying a towel down because it may get kind of messy if you are standing up :)

If you are having a bad breakout, concentrate more of the mask on those spots :)


Pumpkin Hair Mask:
1 15oz can of pumpkin puree (*this all depends on how much hair you have. I have TICK long hair so I need a lot)
1/4 cup pure coconut oil

Mix with a fork and apply to damp hair, concentrating on the ends. Put a shower cap on and leave for 20-30 minutes then rinse with cold water.
