If you have not seen my video 6 weeks from hell - my clarisonic experience then please check it out. I explain what happened to my skin and the problems it caused me.

During the beginning stages of trying to heal my inflamed skin - i was finding it very difficult to use certain products. ALL exfoliants were out of the question - including a wash cloth.

Benzoyl preside cause my skin to burn and "hurt" because i had clearly upset my skins barrier. But of course i wanted to deal with the spots which were the most bothersome of all.

For the first 4 weeks i used LMS light as my soul routine. I used it 3x per day on all the ares that were or had broke out. I have to say that within 24 hours of using it i had noticed a decrease in spots and thankfully no more new ones. While i realise that everyone is different for me this was just amazing. The fact that it can be used over makeup is wonderful and without the side effects of acne medications (benzoyl peroxide) which can be very irritating and drying.

Do i think LMS would work for severe acne? No. Probably not and i think that my acne video will be a better start - but once its under control then i think this would be an amazing alternative. I also think that if you're not suffering from acne but breakouts regularly this will be of massive benefit. Severe acne? No. Regular breakouts. Yes!

I just needed an alliterative at the time due to a damaged skin barrier and this worked for me.

My skin is now back to normal and i now use AHA/BHA products alone with retin-a and LMS once per day for 60 seconds on the areas of my skin that breakout. I have no experienced any more breakouts and my skin is now back to normal.

In fact, its actually better now than before. Softer. I have started to use the clarisonic again but only once per day in the morning. I use the sensitive head brush and have no had any more issues. For me it was the deep pore cleansing brush that irritated my skin.
