Start of Weight loss challenge - 154lbs
End of Week 2 - 146.6lbs
Total loss - approx 8 lbs (7.4lbs to be exact)
So End of week 3, I'm not too worried I didn't lose any weight. I feel like my pants fit a little bigger and clothes aren't as tight. So I could have just gained lean muscle (obviously on my lower half because of all the heavy weight lifting of doing squats/deadlifts etc).
I wanted to incorporate more cardio into my routine to help burn more fat. I explain that the type of cardio I do is called HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which is so much more effective than just jogging or running at a steady pace. Hopefully by adding a tad bit more cardio into my routine along with my healthier eating habits and caloric deficit - I'll see some more drastic results for next week!
