I was inspired to do a mermaid look from the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie that came out a month or two ago. Its a great look for a summer pool party. I was inspired to do a silver, blue, and green look from the picture shown from OPI's ad campaign for their nail polish collection. Hope you guys enjoy the tutorial :)
