So, this is my second makeup tutorial here on YouTube. To quote the movie "Clueless," I would say it's "Not a total Betty, but a vast improvement." Sorry for the audio sounding funky! I decided to try to save a little time and effort by filming in Non-HD, which was a bad plan. Now I know!
