Yay it is time for another weekly update in my Weight Loss Vlog Series. I am happy to say I am still seeing amazing results thanks to my eating and hard work with my workouts. I have found the tool and coach I need to get me to my goal and that is Dede Barbanti Creator of BBX Inc http://www.bbxinc.com I am officially LOVING THE PAIN and hooked on Boogie Box classes with Dede. I cant wait to see what my results will be after my month pass runs out. So far one week down 7 more to go! I CAN DO THIS!
