FYI- I recommend Almond Milk in this video ( Almond Breeze has 40 calories!) in place of skim milk, but keep in mind I am also Lactose in tolerant; however, Soy milk and Almond Milk have protein and vitamins, some more than regular milk! ( and no hormones!)

My Tips
-Keep a Food Journal, track your eating habits and calories
-Drink Water, and Teas ( unsweetened); and stay AWAY from COKE ( even diet!)
-Drink a Smoothie as a meal ( add greek yogurt for protein, use frozen fruits for smoothness and sweetness!)
-Treat yourself once in awhile! Atleast once every 2 weeks, not gorging but one satisfying meal, like a pizza, chocolate, etc.
-Find out how much you need to eat to maintain, loose, or gain weight, and keep that number in mind when choosing what to eat throughout the day. It becomes habit without even thinking about it. ( To loose weight it's recommended to eat not less than 1,200 calories a day and not more than 2000 a day)
