Hi everyone! So I have no idea what this is, but I just got kind of bored of neutrals and wanted a pop of something. Also, I've been loving a more natural/neutral-ly eye and a brighter lip. It's such a perfect combination! I haven't used blue eye shadow in a while so I felt the need to. I hope you like it!
