Wash & Go - 1st attempt #Fail

I'm experimenting with hair products and this is my 1st attempt to do a wash and go. Though I haven't shown the results (which you won't see cuz I later washed out my hair), I found that mixing the Black Magic Leave in Conditioner with the Eco Styler gel creates a creamy flaky mess.
Show More I'm experimenting with hair products and this is my 1st attempt to do a wash and go. Though I haven't shown the results (which you won't see cuz I later washed out my hair), I found that mixing the Black Magic Leave in Conditioner with the Eco Styler gel creates a creamy flaky mess.

Though it dried and came out well in certain areas, in others it didn't. I ended up washing out my hair and using the Organics hair moisturizer and the Eco styler gel and am currently waiting for it to dry.
