Finally a brand came out with an all matte eyeshadow palette and it is by one of my favorite eyeshadow brands, Too Faced! Hopefully some more brands will come out with more all matte eyeshadow palettes because I've been loving mattes lately and an all neutral would be perfect! (unless a brand already has an all neutral matte palette, let me know!) I will definitely be doing more tutorials with this palette!
