Okay guys, we're doing round 2 of the keto lifestyle! This time we are combining the diet with exercise 3-4 days a week along side a trainer. At the moment I am 152 lbs and when I started a week ago I was about 158 lbs. I've been taking one a day vitamins and fish oil supplements.
