The affirmations I read:
I love you (say your name after)
I love my smile
I love my eyes
I love my face
I love my body
I am in love with my skin
My skin is fresh and glowing
I am happy with my skin
I love my personality

Whilst reading these , i would look in the mirror and repeat them over and over.

Meditation really helped too, listening to guided meditation for confidence for self love.
