What I am sharing with you all worked for me, it is a trial and error situation because what works for me, my work for you or may not. I would recommend just trying it or doing research.

What supplements I took:
Vitamind D3
Ferrous Sulphate (also known as iron)
Zinc
B12 B Complex

Take one of these tablets daily but the Ferrous Sulphate take for one month and the 2nd month don't take it then the 3rd month take it.

It is best to get a blood test done, get your thyroids checked. Avoid using so many hair oils/hair spray/styling gels and only wash your hair when you need to.
