Hey Love Bugs! Take it from me, I despise burpees... but they are a great exercise. Today I have some happy news for you. I'm sharing 5 alternate exercises for you to try instead that still target the same muscle group. These can be done as a circuit for an awesome full body workout too! (Just complete 15-20 reps of each of the 5 exercises then start all over again for 3-5 rounds! Perfect HIIT workout). I even show you two variations to the traditional burpee. The best part, all of these exercises are going to help make you stronger and can also help with you burpees as well - if you decide you ever want to do one again.
