I know this video comes off a bit self-deprecating, but I'm talking about one of my deepest insecurities on the internet lol. I'm come so far since 2016 and come to realize that failures are what you make of them. They help you grow and change your life.

Also, I understand that it's nice to treat yourself, I'm not against it! However, I think excess is symptom of something deeper.

We're discussing several things in this video:
- why it's hard to stop shopping (emotion vs logic)
- reasons to stop shopping for makeup and clothes
- why I eventually stopped shopping
- how I went on a low buy in 2019
- what I realized when I stopped shopping
- what I learned from project pan 2019 (last year)

This year, I'm taking it a step further and doing a no-buy. I want to make a budget when I start working and focus on making content chronicling my turn-around. Don't worry, I'm still doing reviews, project pan and much more!
