Throat chakra meditation really helps to open your throat which means it opens your voice, when your voice opens you are able to speak your feelings, your thoughts and you are confident when you speak.

As well as doing throat chakra meditation, you need to remember to put yourself first, putting yourself first is not selfish, in fact, we need to look after our own health, mind,soul and body. Toxic people will only put negative energy into you which will only cause you stress which will then turn bad for you. Stress can cause body pains,weakness,health issues, mental health issues and we don't want any of that!
