Many of you might already know, but I've been working on becoming a certified health coach the last few months and I wanted to take the time to explain what a health coach is, why you'd hire a health coach, and why I wanted to become a health coach.

My videos here will pretty much remain the same with beauty related content, lifestyle vlogs, and of course facial treatments as well as ASMR facial Fridays. Most of the health content will be over on Chris and my health and fitness channel Led Fit. I will be incorporating a few basic health videos here because I truly believe beauty is all encompassing. The healthier you feel the better you look. Beauty is more than just appearances. The past year was truly a growth year for me and I'm excited for what 2020 has to bring.

From 2016 till now I've gone through some pretty major life events and through all of that I struggled with my own health. It took me a long time to get healthy again and feel good and strong. I want to help people navigate their own health journeys because I've been there and know how confusing and hard it can be.
