❤️ MY VLOG BLOG ❤️ SPOLIER ALERT FOR THIS VIDEO AND OTHERS LOL

You and I… we have talked about this before.. letting life (motherhood, being a wife, your careers, etc) take you over. I didn’t think about this until my Zari turned 3, so I UNDERSTAND how YOU and how you might got lost in this thing we call life…

Better NOW then never, so I’m not going to let my past decisions (which I would do again), hold me from taking my life back again! This does not mean abandon your family… just put ME on the calendar too! If mommy isn’t happy or HEALTHY, the house goes down LOL. *not leaving out dads, just talking about my experience. As of today (real time), I have more energy and experience a boast in my mood, on the days I work out! I’m not surprised, since exercising realizes serotonin, leaving you that feeling of happiness :)

OH! I’m a solo parent this week (presently speaking), so my time was limited for editing; hence the shorter vlog. THEN I STARTED THINKING… would the fam prefer longer or shorter vlog videos? Then I went to my analytics, and I read it right this time LOL… MOST viewers watch 40-50% of the vlogs I post… which means “you’ watch 10- 11 minutes of each video. Well, this vlog is 13 minutes…. WE SHALL SEE HOW THIS ONES PLAYS OUT lol! But to be honest, I never asked if you all wanted longer or shorter videos… To find my answer, I posted a poll in this video. I will check your comments from this video and check my analytics again after a few days. THEN, I can determine what to do! :)

OH, here is my NO-OIL, CRISPY + SUPER EASY Fry recipe:
1. Gold and Baby red potatoes (these are waxy + “oily”). If you use Russet they will be drier
2. Boiled them for 6 minutes (parboil)
3. Toss with seasonings (I like having a flavorful dipping sauce, so I stopped adding seasoning but if you do, ad them at this step).
4. Bake in the air fryer at 360 F, until brown (6 mins shake and another 6mins works for me). You can also do this in the oven at 400 for 15minutes or so.. until brown

If you see blurred out footage. I am doing this to comply with a recent police directive for living on a military post. WE ARE MOVING IN A FEW WEEKS!! If you want to see more about that, watch the previous vlog (“I Can’t Film Anymore + Saying Goodbye”)

It’s not always organized or clean over here (my office is almost never organized), and we have dog fur on our couch. Zari toys aren’t always put away and her stash is a little over the top, we know. I think it’s time to donate soon (which she gladly does often). I don’t always wear makeup and even when I do I still look tired LOL! We eat plant based with alkaline foods in mind (Dr. Sebi teachings), but we do not label ourselves as vegan. We live in a much smaller house compared to our other home, so our home I quite cozy and a little full LOL. Despite the tightness, we are blessed and thankful to have a roof over our head. You will see sand a lot, and that’s because we live on an army base in a remote part of the southern California desert. You will not see our families a lot… they live on the east coast. We aren’t perfect, and I won’t try to pretend like we are, but that’s the beauty of life! We look different, think different, live different… imagine if a bunch of different people were friends! We could all learn from one another… learn different cultures and, ideologies… we could “end” stereotyping then work side by side to make this world a better place! *I’m such a hopeful person* *I believe we can do better and we will do better*
