So side note about this my videos - I don't usually "practice" my looks in advance. There have maybe been 3 videos at most where I practiced the look before actually recording, but all my other videos are just videos I record as I do my makeup to go out somewhere.
That being said, with this look, I had originally envisioned a soft baby blue neutral look. I figured I could have blended the bright blue out enough to make it a softer look. However, when I saw how bright the blue was, and the color payoff of the pigment, I changed gears and went for a smoky look.
