So with this video, along with my other flag inspired videos, I have a challenge implemented: to keep the flags still recognizable. I did it with the rest of the World Cup flag looks I did, and it was fun enough that for my UK flag tutorial, I wanted to do the same.

Confession though, this one was originally going to be just an eyeliner look and wound up being more of an entire lid look. Unfortunately, if you have very hooded eyes, this might not work out as well, but I do have an idea for another flag inspired look that would work with hooded eyes and monolids better If you want to see that, don't forget to subscribe!
