Of course, this doesn't apply to everyone but I've noticed that being around less people has made me happier. I'm able to focus on myself rather than being preoccupied with their impressions of me.

I say, I have no friends loosely because I'm close with my mom, partner and I have a couple of long-distant friends that moved away and I touch base with once in a while.

I spent my 20s swimming against the current of my obvious tendancy to introvertism! I prefer one on one close relationships to groups. I find being close to people too often for long periods of time to be exhausting.
