Hey RRLV Fam, since becoming a mom, anxiety and stress has taken on a new height. We are moving across country within a few weeks, and that is stressful on its own, but paired my sensitivity and fibromyalgia… it feels overwhelming. And it’s OK to feel this way! No need to feel ashamed or feel like you let yourself down… I think the most important part is to find a way to fix the challenge and execute on the plan.

I shared in this video what I do to de-stress/ calm down/ unwind/ chill out/ wooooshahh... whatever you call it. It works when I am in a quite space with no interruptions. Sometimes I have to lock myself in the bathroom or do it in the shower. It doesn’t matter HOW, just find a way… a place and do it. JUST DON’T DO IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET LIKE I DID FOR THIS THUMBNAIL! LOL

There are many different ways to cope, reduce and end stress… research a little and find what works best for you. In addition to what I shared in this video, I also enjoy walking in the sun! The hormones produces (what most of us know as vitamin d) relaxes me and make me calm, especially if there is a slight breeze.

It’s not always organized or clean over here, and we have dog fur on our couch. Zari toys aren’t always put away. I don’t always wear makeup and even when I do I still look tired LOL! We eat plant based and I tend to stay away from oils, refined sugars and a few other things to significantly lessen the fibromyalgia symptoms. We do not label ourselves as vegan. We are currently moving from the Mojave Desert, CA to the East Coast, for a new chapter of our lives! We aren’t perfect, and I won’t try to pretend like we are, but that’s the beauty of life! We look different, think different, live different… imagine if a bunch of different people were friends! We could all learn from one another… learn different cultures and, ideologies… we could “end” stereotyping then work side by side to make this world a better place! *I’m such a hopeful person* *I believe we can do better and we will do better*
