I am trying to improve my focus and stop myself from feeling distracted so I thought I would bring you along with me on this journey. If you have never been able to keep your focus for one hour, take this video as a challenge. Sit down at a desk and attempt to actually study without distractions. I added a timer for motivation as well as self assessment so you don't have to sit through the whole video, pause and take breaks, or come back later and replay the video if you prefer. Whatever helps most.
