It's a shame this didn't work out for me because the concept and color selection is excellent! I feel like it's certainly useable with a stickier eyeshadow base (think NYX's jumbo pencil) but that may not help the fading issues, only the pigmentation. And honestly? At this price point, you shouldn't have to make concessions, it should just work beautifully and hassle free. I tried this with several different primers & bases and each time it under-preformed. Below are some additional bullet points you might find interesting.

14 interesting "Matte Luxe" neutrals and 1 "Transforming Pearl" shade.
The shadows in this palette swatch wonderfully due to being incredibly silky. It's a mixed bag of either exceptionally good shadows, or powdery and sheer once used on the eye.
Sadly even the good ones tend look patchy & faded after a few hours.
The light pink velvet packaging is a dust magnet.
