Almond oil - make sure the Almond oil is pure, it has not been refined, bleached, chemically treated. It must be pure
Almond oil for nails is brilliant, because it hydrates the nails, so if your nails are like mine in the winter, they get dry, split and break easily then the almond oil will be brilliant to massage on the nails to get them hydrated

Almond oil, also keeps the nails strong, makes the nails less prone to breakage and peeling. Also due to the fatty acids in the almonds, it helps to restore the moisture in the nails!
Do this as often as you can applying almond oil to the nails, massage it in really well and see what difference happens!
