Jessa, wanted a "20's make-up" look to go with the 20's theme of her prom. We didn't want her to look like a 20's costume character, or copy the 20's makeup look too closely. Those thin eyebrows and crazy lip shapes might look a little crazy, so I chose to do a romantic 20's prom look, with hints of the 20's! Soft smokey eyes, defined rosy pink lips and cheeks, a defined brow and flawless, doll-like looking skin.
