Hi guys!
In today's video I will show you the recipe of this delicious dessert. As spring has come and is starting to warm up a little bit nothing feels better that and ice cream. And this one is super yummy and easy, so keep on watching!
You will need: a jar, 100 gr of cream cheese, 9-10 Oreos, 2 cups of whipping cream, 1 gr of stevia or a teaspoon of sugar and some sprinkles for decoration.
First start crushing 6 of the Oreos in chunky pieces. Then crush another 3 Oreos but this time you will need to get a fine powder.
Then put 100 gr of cream cheese in a bowl and melt it in the microwave at low setting for 20 seconds or until you get a creamy texture.
Then mix the cheese with two cups of whipping cream, 1 gr of stevia and the Oreo powder.
Now it's time to put together this dessert. Place some of the chunky Oreo crumbs at the bottom of the jar, and then some of the cheese mixture and keep layering until you get to the top.
Store it in the freezer for 2 hours, and decorate it with some more whipping cream, Oreo powder and sprinkles of your choice.
And your ice-cream will be finished!! This recipe is super simple as you see, and it taste absolutely amazing. Also, the best thing of using a jar is that you can easily store it but putting on the lid and keeping it for another day.
I hope you liked this easy idea, subscribe if you haven't already, and I talk to you in my next video!
Thanks for watching!!
